In this newsletter, we focus on ‘Your Mind & Body’ and ways to make exercise fun! The mind and the body are linked together. It takes repeated effort, good exercising decisions with healthy eating and getting adequate sleep to make progress.
Kyle will be responsible for overseeing nearly half of our current accounts! He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Communication. He has over 17 years of experience working directly with customers in account management and marketing related roles. Of those 17 years, the last 7 of them were spent in the medical and behavioral health fields. Kyle and his wife have two boys, love soccer, waterskiing, and the Dallas Cowboys.
Chad received his Masters Degree at the University of Utah. He is certified in EMDR and has experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, DBT Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused therapy. He enjoys working with adults with depression, anxiety and trauma as well as adjustment disorders. He likes to focus on a person’s strengths and find mutual acceptance through healthy coping strategies. Chad enjoys the outdoors and music. He hikes, bikes and camps.
