Replacing Dissociation with Mindfulness for Better Connection

Do you ever feel like you ‘zone out’ more than you would like, or become very unfocused, loose concentration or even consciousness? In this workshop we will discuss the science behind your brain, trauma, and dissociation. Furthermore, participates will have a better understanding of how to add mindfulness and grounding skills to combat dissociation and become more presently connected at work, and in personal relationships.
