One of the benefits provided at no cost to our UTA employees and members of their household is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by Blomquist-Hale. The EAP provides direct, face-to-face, guidance to address virtually any type of problem or stressful life situation our employees and their families encounter. This support has been an invaluable resource for our organization. Further, Blomquist Hale provides timely, on-site crisis counseling to our staff when they are involved in accidents; thus helping us keep our employees well and providing state of the art transportation for the community.
