Do you or your employee need a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for Department of Transportation (DOT) Return to Duty Evaluation? Our
program is designed to ensure that employees with DOT Alcohol and Drug related violations are provided ample opportunity to receive an evaluation,
recommendation and follow up to successfully return to their safety sensitive employment. Under DOT regulations any employee (including FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, USCG, RSPA, air, railway, roads and water) involved in a alcohol or drug related violation must be removed from safety-sensitive duty and referred and evaluated by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

Blomquist Hale has Substance Abuse Professionals available who can evaluate employees who have violated a DOT alcohol and drug program regulation and make recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow up testing and aftercare.
