Cadin is a Clinical Social Worker who started his career in law enforcement. He received his Law enforcement certificate, SWAT Certificate, and CIT. He also pursued an education at Southern Utah Valley University. He received his bachelor’s in psychology and chose to continue his education at Utah State University and completed his master’s in social work. Cadin has experience working with couples, relationships, adult attachment issues, and law enforcement related concerns. He has also works with many individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. When working with couples Cadin likes to utilize EFT informed Therapy. When working with individuals he likes to utilize acceptance commitment to therapy or ACT. However, he will also look at what the client needs and best approach the session as needed. Cadin’s passion is to work with first responders and couples, but loves all clientele and the growth that difference situations can bring him. He spent the last five years working law enforcement and has a good understanding of the harsh reality the first responders sometimes face. During Cadin’s clinical education and training he put a lot of time into learning how to help couples. He enjoys helping people find the negative patterns in their life that have been contributing negatively to their relationships or their own personal mental health, and changing those patterns. Outside of work, Cadin loves baking, woodworking, working out, and playing computer games. Another passion of his is to ride his motorcycle, it gives him a sense of freedom and balance. With his family, he enjoy camping and hiking. In both life and therapy, he values connection, resilience, and the small joys that carry us through difficult times.
