Title: Navigating Political (and other) Differences With Family and Friends

It seems the ability to navigate differences in politics, personal values and other beliefs gets harder each year. This workshop will discuss how to build common ground with those we love who might think or believe differently than we do. We will learn how to communicate in emotionally safe ways and how encourage healthy relationships despite differences.
