Welcome – Tim Garner, LMFT

Tim graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelors of Science in Family Consumer science and Sociology. He then decided to pursue his Masters of Science Marriage, family, and Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix. He has experience working with substance abuse, adolescents, relationships, and parenting help and communication and specifically likes working with adults, adolescents, couples, and parents. He enjoys working with clients who are motivated and focused on goals that will help them improve in their lives. Tim feels that therapy is most successful when the client feels safe to open up about their concerns and are honest with the therapist and themselves. In Tim’s free time he enjoys Broadway musicals, spending time with his family, attending his children’s activities and traveling to new places. Tim also loves music, dancing, and watching theatre.
