Shelly received her degree through the University of Utah, specializing in Mental Health. Her experience in mental health includes mood disorders, personality disorders, autism spectrum disorders, depression, anxiety, substance abuse/dependence issues. Shelly enjoys working with people because they are extremely resilient and can triumph tragedy and have greater happiness than sadness. She believes that meaningful therapy allows one to find peace in the midst of chaos. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children, being out in nature, and photography.
