Thomas received his bachelor's degree from Weber State University and his master's degree from Brigham Young University. In addition, he has his certification in Substance Use Disorder. Thomas has experience working with Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, Marriage and Family Therapy, Depression, Anxiety and PTSD. He enjoys working with those who are earnestly striving to improve their lives. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, meditation and martial arts.
