Karan Pace, CMHC
Karan received a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology/Social Work from Weber State University. Her areas of specialty include crisis intervention and trauma-responsive treatment services for individuals, couples, seniors, and families affected by depression, anxiety, grief/loss, role changes, substance abuse, stressful events and/or relationship conflicts at work, school, or home. She listens to understand and respects each client's experience. Using a solution-focused approach, Karan works together with clients to identify best hopes, recognize strengths, expand resources, increase skills, discover meaning, and develop pathways to navigate the challenges and transitions of life. She enjoys cooking, hiking, camping, exploring the canyons, and sharing fun memories over delicious meals with family and friends.
