Some individuals desire frequent assistance with their life's problems. Through the managed care, Blomquist Hale identifies these individuals and assigns a therapist to routinely follow-up with these individuals. This ensures compliance with the participant's treatment plan including the use of medications and helps them avoid hospitalization.

Blomquist Hale currently provides precertification prior to hospitalization for many of our clients. Each of these clients has experienced a substantial reduction in inpatient costs. Participants contact us before they are assessed at an inpatient facility. This allows our on-call crisis therapist to offer help and stabilize the situation without the necessity or cost of inpatient admittance.

Regular Liason Visits Each company is assigned a clinician who visits the work site quarterly to be a liaison. This regular interaction provide for ongoing evaluation of the EAP's value to the company and utilization of services.

Utilization Reports Blomquist Hale will issue statistical reports on the use of our services. We can create a detailed report providing a wealth of information without compromising the privacy of individual clients.
